Description
An erotic collection of shorts stories by best-selling authors with a central theme of voyeurism in Las Vegas. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas? Not anymore… High above the Las Vegas strip, at the top of Skylane Tower, the rooms come with one special amenity; a high powered telescope. When a group of erotica writers descend on Sin City for their annual conference, the voyeurs witness first hand, that some authors live by the adage, ‘write what you know’. A woman’s curiosity is piqued as she observes a beautiful stranger being bound in silky red rope. A man scouting for new sex slaves, watches as an elegant woman gets more than her hands dirty. A prostitute pulls a switch - sending her lover out on a call. A simple slip of the hand, causes a case of mistaken room identity and a linen closet at a nearby hotel, sees more action than all of them combined. And that is just the beginning… They say perception is reality. Is what the Voyeur sees through their spyglass just a fantasy; on which side of the lens would you like to be? Excerpt:
Ever wondered what Las Vegas was like, what you could do there, what you could see? Everyone’s seen pictures of all the big hotels and the famous Las Vegas Strip. Vegas figures prominently in movies and television programs, so everyone knows what the casinos look like, the beautiful people sunbathing at the pools, the food at all the famous restaurants, dancing at the clubs. But what could you really see; I mean, if you were there and were looking for something special, something out of the ordinary? Here’s the true story: A group of writers spent three days at an erotica writers’ conference in Las Vegas – the first, ever, erotica writers’ conference. By all accounts, a great time was had by all. They enjoyed all the workshops and panel discussions; went to readings to hear some of their favorite authors read from their novels and stories; met, in person, writers, editors and publishers they’d only known through email and the internet. They ate, drank, went to shows and gambled – all the things one does in Las Vegas – and then they went home. And then one of them thought it might be fun to write erotic stories about their adventures in Las Vegas. Well, maybe not their adventures, strictly speaking… The theme for the book would be voyeurism. The assignment? Write a story centered around the fictional Skylane Hotel, where telescopes awaited guests’ voyeuristic pleasure, telescopes that would penetrate the glass coatings and allow you to see into any hotel window you liked. This writer had even loftier ideas. The conference was great, but conferences are expensive to put together. He wanted to donate all the profit, from the book, towards the conference fund. Others thought it was a great idea and agreed to donate their stories to the venture and, shortly after arriving home, stories began to come in. That’s how Voyeur Eyes Only: Erotic Encounters in Sin City was born. What happens when a maid is caught masturbating to the sights through a wealthy resident’s telescope? What about when a man tries desperately to find the woman he’s been watching? After all, she flashed him her hotel room number. You never know what you might see: hotel employees getting it on, a little vjazzling as a woman gets herself decorated before her wedding, a naked glimpse of the bus boy from last night or your blackjack dealer, true love or true deviance, it’s all good –and it’s all hot. So, take a peek – you know you want to.
